What happened: During a Cloudflare security configuration update to protect the admin portal login page, a WAF rule was broadened to cover the entire admin.bixypayments.io domain. This caused Cloudflare's Managed Challenge to block automated monitoring health checks, which cannot complete browser-based challenges. As a result, BetterStack incorrectly reported the Settlement System, Payment Processing, KYC Service, Email Service, TRON RPC, and Ethereum RPC as down.

TRON RPC connectivity has been fully restored.

The disruption was caused by our blockchain data provider's daily API quota being exhausted by legacy background services that were still running from an earlier deployment. These services have been decommissioned, and we have added a fallback provider so that TRON operations continue even if our primary provider is unavailable.

Payment detection and settlement processing were not affected during this period, and no funds were at risk.
